예전에 학부생 교환학생올때 쓴 글이 있는데..

오피스 아워에 대한 언급이 없어서 보충. 사실 사진찍어서 올린 종이 구석 아래에 보면 있긴 한데 누가 그걸 볼까.. 싶어서 ^^

요약하자면,
여권, 여권용 사진한장, 안멜둥한 서류, 재정보증서, 의료보험가입증(독일서 가입한 것만 유효), 학교의 입학허가서를 가지고 가서 비치된 폼을 작성해서 낸다.
위치는 Poccistr 정류장의 KVR(Kreisverwaltungsreferat), 주소는 Ruppertstr. 19. 정류장에 내려서 KVR 마크만 따라가면 된다. 지하철역에서 지상으로 나오자마자 오른편으로 바로 있는 큰건물.
오피스아워가 짧다. 수요일은 아예문닫고, 월,화,목은 아침 8시에서 12시까지, 금요일은 아침 7시에서 12시까지 문열고 화요일만 예외적으로 오후 2시에서 6시반까지 문을 연다. 가서도 한참 기다려야 하니 미리미리 가는게 좋다. 가면 폼들이 있는데 영어로 된 폼만 빨리 떨어지더라 -0-;;

현제는 오늘은 학생등록처(Immatrikulationsamt, 이마트리쿨라찌온스암트)에 가서 이번주까지 내야 하는 서류를 내고 가르힝에 와서 나를 만나서 같이 보험등록 하러 가고, 점심을 먹고 헤어질 예정. (나는야 직장인 T.T 못놀아줘서 미안~) 학생등록이 3월말부터 해서 4월부터 적용되는거라서.. 여차하면 현제는 학생등록을 안하는게 나을 수도 있겠더라. 학생등록을 하려면 공보험을 들어야 하는데, 그게 학기 단위로 된다고 하더라고. (나때는 안그랬는데..) 어차피 당장 거주허가증을 받으려면 사보험이라도 의료보험이 있어야 하니, 우선 케어컬리지를 들고.. 그후 두달간 학생신분이기 위하여 6개월분의 매달 60유로의 보험료를 내야하느냐..의 문제인데, 석사과정 연구교환학생인만큼 학점 transfer가 없고, 연구보고서와 교수의 레터가 국제협력처로 가는만큼 굳이 학생등록을 할 필요가 없다. 이건 나중에 가서 현제가 그쪽 랩이랑 상의해서 결정하겠지 뭐..



RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR NON-EU-NATIONALS
If you are planning to move to Germany to work, you need a job and a work permit before you can obtain a residence permit. After finding a job you can apply for a working permit with a letter from your employer stating that they will employ you through the Arbeitsamt (German Employment Office) - just bring your passport, your employer's letter and a filled-in application form for a work permit. After getting the official working permit, you can apply for a temporary residence permit from the Immigration Office. To apply for a residence permit you will need:

• the filled-in application form
• valid official ID or passport
• 1 up-to-date passport photograph
• accomodation: proof of sufficient room for all members of the family and statement of rental costs (including heating, water and electricity) and mortgage (where applicable)
• work permit
• employees: proof of employment (written statement by employer or equivalent)
• self-employed applicants: statement of registration of business
• others: proof of sufficient means to support oneself
• detailed statement and proof of regular income (wages for the last 3 months, wages of spouse and children, if they have an income)
• a proof of health insurance in Germany
• students: statement of matriculation and proof of sufficient means to support onself (a written statement by parents supporting student is sufficient).
